Residential applicants are: Owners of their home, including town-homes and homes within HOA communities, even if the water bill is paid for by the HOA.

MHC applicants are (Multifamily, HOA Common Area & Commercial):

  2. Community managers or HOA board members representing a common area in an HOA, apartment, or condominium complex.
