Scope of Work:
Change construction type from Type-II-B sprinkler to Type-III-B sprinkler to allow for a more diverse use of construction materials.
Tenant build out of additional office space at existing commercial building shell for Foenix Properties. Existing building construction is tilt-slab construction. Roof system is metal "B-Deck" on bar joists with coated foam roofing (UL 790 Class A). HVAC system in office area is packaged units. HVAC system in warehouse area is evaporative cooling.
